This policy explains what personal data Hands-On SEO collects through handsonseo.ai and how we use it. Hands-On SEO is a label of Hands-On Sales, based in Eindhoven, the Netherlands.

When you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, and optionally your company name and website, together with your message. Our hosting provider also processes your IP address to deliver the site and protect it against abuse.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to your message and, if you ask for it, to prepare an intro call. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

Cookies and analytics

This website currently sets no analytics or advertising cookies. If we add analytics later, we will ask for your consent first and update this policy.

Who processes your data

The website runs on Cloudflare. Contact messages are stored on Cloudflare and may be delivered to our inbox through an email service provider. These providers process data on our behalf and under our instructions.

How long we keep it

We keep contact messages for as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up, and no longer than two years unless we start working together.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data at any time. Email info@handsonseo.nl and we will respond within 30 days.
